peoples problem
When people ask me for their branding growth, I always ask myself: "Who is he?" and: "Can I estimate his growth potential?" but this is not the end. Many managers say: "Just tell me what should I do for this growth." and when you say, they have great reasons for why they can not or should not do what you say. You know why? Branding begins with internal changes.
They think you will say what they know and what they want to do. They think you will say just do these steps one by one and after the last step you can see your company at the highest position of something. Instead when you say: "Let us to grow your ideas, believes and styles" then you make them upset. Because they want say you: "there is nothing wrong in me. do your job and get out of my office." Changes bother peoples who are not ready for branding growth.
Now I'm fighting. Many peoples there are in any existing system who are not ready for changes. Many of them are managers and many other from staff which should help you in this growth, and... they do not!
